REFUND POLICY

Wagfest Memorial Fund Inc reserves the right under the full extent of the federal law to not extend refunds unless under extreme circumstances. One example of such is the failure to hold an advertised event due to circumstance out of the control of Wagfest Memorial Fund, Inc such as cancellation of the event by Wagfest Memorial Fund, Inc due to  double booking of the event location byt he business without prior knowledge to Wafest board members or sudden and unexpected closure of event location without due notice, Any entry fee prepaid by the public will be refunded in it's entirety via the same payment method it was received.
